Membership Application & Bylaws
- If you have decided to take the Job Search Training Program and have arranged payment, 1) download and print the membership application, 2) fill out, 3) then email, fax, or bring to the 40Plus office:
Active Membership Application
- The Membership Department requires submission of a completed application and reserves the right to deny admission to the Job Search Training Program.
- Please Note: Class registration is done on a first come, first served basis. Class size is limited to 7 students. If the next class has space available, you will be signed up when 1) the 40Plus office has received and reviewed your application and 2) has received your payment.
Email to firstname.lastname@example.org orIf the next class is starting soon, please call the office at 202-387-1582 to make sure there is still space in the class, and to let us know that you are signing up. Payment can be done by credit card over the phone.
