BIO

Carol Covin was a software engineer and database designer for 25 years. Author of six books profiling the technology at employers across the country, based on CIO interviews. Ms. Covin began to research the feasibility of a cancer treatment protocol four years ago that was uncovered by a fellow software engineer. She is interviewing manufacturers in preparation for a clinical trial.
