Tell Me About Yourself (TMAY) & Bell Ringer Videos

A TMAY is a 40plus 'Elevator Speech' or simply put 'Tell Me About Yourself'.  In the training course, you are taught to give your TMAY through video recording. Some of the best TMAYs are posted below.

The Navy has lent 40plus the ship's bell from the USS Vital.  It is a tradition at 40plus that when a member gets a new job the member rings the bell, explains the way they did it and becomes a 'Bell Ringer'.
