Membership Requirements

  • Forty years of age or older
  • Prior employment in a professional, managerial, or executive position
  • Experience necessary to build a professional resume
  • Have earned or capable of earning at least $40,000 annually
  • Three personal or professional references
  • Completion of the membership application
  • Approved by the 40Plus Operating Council
  • Enrollment and completion of the 40Plus Training Course
  • Timely payment of fees and dues
  • Continuous compliance with membership policies
