The need for our services has tripled in two years:

• On average 45-60 long-term unemployed or underemployed professionals currently attend 40Plus Monday meetings
  

The costs to purchase and develop effective resources for our job seekers:

• Investing in a larger meeting room
• Upgrading computers and applications
• Installing Wi-Fi
• Offering new social media training.

The recognition:

• 40Plus has been featured in stories carried by The Washington Post, The Fiscal Times, NPR and the Canadian Broadcast Corporation.

The results: 

• In our recent survey, 96% found the Job Search Training Class useful; 67% secured a new job after the class; and 96% would recommend 40Plus to friends or family.
