With over sixteen years of experience in the employee assistance, work-life and wellness field, Becky has dedicated her career to coaching individuals toward achieving success, balance and fulfillment in their lives and careers.  Becky’s approach to coaching is to serve as a thinking partner to individuals wanting to improve their path forward. Becky attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Psychology, Communication and Theatre.  She received a Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland specializing in Occupational Social Work.  Becky is a licensed Graduate Social Worker in the State of Maryland, and has earned certifications in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. 

Becky Completed her Certified Professional Coach training with the College of Executive Coaching.Becky's speciality areas of career transitions, adults returning to the workplace, and leadership development.  She currently serves as a volunteer trainer at the Women's Center in Vienna, VA leading workshops on re-entering the workforce.  She is a member and a community coordinator of the International Coaching Federation DC Chapter.

Nancy Andriuk, BCC, MBA, SPHR


Nancy Andriuk has spent two decades in the influence industry -- first in law firm management/consulting and then as SVP, Chief Administrative Officer at a top lobbying firms.  After leaving a traditional career as part of a downsizing, she went rogue and has happily spent the past four years as an independent agent who keeps busy with a portfolio of business activities:  writing and booking for the speaking and lecturing circuit; website, blog and digital communications; business and career coaching; international event planning; and, well, all sorts of other interesting things.  When people ask where her office is located, she loves answering "Wherever I am."  You can reach Nancy through the www.capitolcoaching.com website.

  1. Leave the Dupont Circle Metro Station by the 19th Street SOUTH exit.
  2. At the top of the escalator (street level), turn 180 degrees, and walk a short distance towards Dupont Circle.
  3. Turn right and walk counter-clockwise around the outside of the Circle, past Connecticut and Massachusetts Avenues.
  4. At P Street, turn right . Proceed on P Street past 18th Street.
  5. 40Plus is near the end of the block on the right side, at 1718 P Street, in the Webster House apartment building.
