ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

 

Linda Howard, principal consultant and founder of Howard Consulting, LLC, helps nonprofit leaders strengthen their organizations’ capacity to have greater mission impact. She is also President of the Board of Directors for the National Capital Region chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). Linda is one of only a few people in the country who has been awarded both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certifications.

Linda has helped executive teams and Board members develop goals and strategies for improved organizational sustainability, develop new business models, improve and strengthen team cohesion, and improve program and project management processes.

Linda loves watching sunsets, hiking, and spending time outdoors in Poolesville, Maryland which is surrounded by farmland in western Montgomery County and is about an hour from everywhere.
