Monday Morning Speakers: Sherrie Borden & Judy Friend

Positioning Yourself When You Are Over 40: What to be Aware of During the Search and in the Interview! with Executive Coach Sherrie Borden & Jody Friend

ABOUT THE PRESENTATION:

Although it can be a challenge, it can be done! Yes, by preparing yourself with a new mindset and learning what to expect in the interview, you can be deemed more employable to the right company or organization. Learn how to shift your mindset from “I’m over 40 and can’t find a job!” , as well as tips and techniques to getting an interview.

Also, learn the tricks that employers can use to filter out those in an older age group and how to respond to these subtle, or not so subtle, questions and statements.

In this presentation, learn how negative energy and positive energy affects you and how you can take charge and create a life you want.

* Reveal default tendencies;

* Show exactly how perceptions and beliefs are creating the results showing up in your life;

* Focus in on what is holding you back the most;

* Help become conscious of how these default tendencies have guided your decisions and actions and driven your business or personal success (or lack thereof);

* Help you to consistently choose how to respond to your environment and get the results you desire.
