Devora Zack:
Devora Zack, president of Only Connect Consulting, Inc. (OCC), is a nationally acclaimed coach, facilitator, and leadership consultant. OCC has grown annually as a 100% referral-based corporation, with 85+ clients including Deloitte, Smithsonian, U.S. Department of Education, SAI C, America Online, U.S Patent & Trademark, Global Intellectual Properties Academy, National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, and Department of Homeland Security. Devora has been visiting faculty 15 years for Cornell University’s MBA Leadership Program. Her book Networking for People Who Hate Networking (Berrett-Koehler 2010) is receiving international acclaim. Devora holds an MBA - Cornell University, BA - University of Pennsylvania, certifications in MBTI and Neuro Linguistic Programming, and memberships in Phi Beta Kappa, Mensa, and ASTD. OCC won USDA’s Woman Business of the Year.Cathleen Szebrat, President of The O’Toole Firm, is a certified coach, trainer and experienced strategic planning facilitator. Ms. Szebrat has designed and facilitated trainings on topics including career development, leadership development, team leadership and dynamics, multigenerational workforces, effective communication, and strategic planning. Her training and coaching philosophy is based on four core principles. She helps individuals become more self-observant and reflective by identifying patterns that may block their development. Her clients engage in action learning and its emphasis on enhancing knowledge through experimentation and application to real-life challenges.
