(Second of Two Part Series):

AHA - Affordable Healthcare Act

Exchange Systems and Options in the District of Columbia .

In this non-partisan presentation, we will discuss:

-How does Open Enrolment work?

-how DC differs/how it's the same as other exchange programs?

-if they want to sign up on an exchange, where do they it.

-What are the out of pocket costs?

- If you're out of work and have just lost your insurance - what are your options?

-Do the new laws influence your unemployment benefits?

-How do your aging parents factor into the new health exchanges?

These were just a few of the topics we will discuss but please feel free to bring your own non-partisan questions.
