The ASAE career service center’s resources are available to both members and nonmembers, and include resources such as an online job board, resume critiques, and association salary data. This session will discuss association careers and the services provided by ASAE & The Center.

BIO

Marta Hayes-Trice, Senior Manager, Career Services & Business Development, manages ASAE’s online career center, CareerHQ.org, which includes an online job board, coaching and resume services, salary data, articles for association management professionals, and will soon launch a new mentoring service. Under her management, CareerHQ has received greater visibility throughout the association community.

In addition to her role as the career services manager, Ms. Hayes-Trice assists in the marketing of the ASAE Insurance Company and other ASAE Services programs.

Before joining ASAE Services, Hayes-Trice was the director of marketing for an event marketing firm in Baltimore. Prior experience also includes technical proposal writing, corporate communications, and management of tradeshow participation for a national engineering company.
