Many of the points expressed in this presentation have come directly from current and past Hiring Managers and Recruiters. This presentation will be an insightful and candid review of how the Job Seeker can better prepare and compete for the job they want.

      
 

About the Speaker

James Thomas is President and Founder of J. E. Thomas & Associates, a Personal Career Coaching firm. His key focus is devoted primarily to providing individual career coaching to professionals in transition as well as executive coaching to professionals wanting guidance in achieving their career aspirations.  

Jim is also an accomplished business executive with extensive years of successful experience at varied and notable companies and organizations. He has been requested on many occasions to be a guest panelist and keynote speaker on numerous human capital and career coaching and transition topics. In addition, he has been a requested guest on many radio shows. He has been providing executive career coaching to clients, conducting workshops and presentations to professionals, and coaching hundreds of professionals in transition.
