Servant Leadership—Improving Employee Engagement, Retention, and Work Lives

Robert Jordan

Servant leadership turns the traditional management power model upside down—leaders serve the people.

Through self-awareness, humility, listening, recognition and providing a safe work environment, a Servant Leadership’s primary goal is to enhance individual growth, engagement and overall employee satisfaction.

This presentation will walk you through, backed by case studies and research, the history, definition, and steps to implementing Servant Leadership.

Robert Jordan is an Operations Executive with a broad range of leadership experience in start up, mature growth, bankruptcy and integration/acquisition business environments.  He successfully navigated and excelled in these varied business scenarios by helping people to unlock their potential through a servant leadership style.

Robert recently concluded a career with Enterprise, Alamo, and National Rent A Car as the Vice President of Northeast Airport Operations.  He holds a graduate degree in Business and Administration from Harvard Extension School, and completed an Executive Leadership program at Olin Business School at Washington University.
