This fourth installment of our AI series introduces participants to the Synesthetic Intelligence framework, a practical model for combining human judgment with artificial intelligence.
Following the brief introduction to the framework, participants engage in hands-on exercises applying AI to real-world career scenarios, including resume refinement, career path exploration, and interview preparation. Each activity invites participants to generate AI outputs and then evaluate them through the Synesthetic Intelligence lens, asking whether the information is accurate, aligned with their professional voice, and consistent with their experience. This process helps participants build confidence using AI while reinforcing the importance of human insight and ethical judgment in technology-supported decision-making.
The model reinforces the idea that AI should function as a collaborative tool that expands possibilities, while human judgment remains responsible for evaluating and guiding the final outcome.
