Tools for the Emotional Ups & Downs

of the Job Search

Conversation with

We all know how important the mechanics of the resume; job applications and interviewing are for the career search.  But how do we navigate the emotions we encounter as we progress through the process -- the anxiety of networking as an introvert; the disappointment of not hearing anything in response to your application; and the fear from how long it is taking to find another position, etc.?

Those that attend this presentation will:

  •  Create a Well-Being  Plan so your well doesn’t run dry as you are career searching.
  • ·Learn tools to counteract or manage the negative thoughts and emotions that come up in the job search process.
  • ·Understand how to use your thoughts, vision, intentions and actions to maintain a Positive Mindset.
  • · Create a Daily Action Plan that includes your well-being and job search activities.
