What’s Right With You?

Discovering Your Strengths for What’s Next

Over the course of a career, we gain skills, experiences, relationships, and wisdom - but we don't always stop to recognize the unique strengths that have helped us succeed along the way. Taking time to understand what we naturally do best can provide a fresh perspective on our careers, our possibilities, and what we want to pursue next.

In this interactive introductory workshop, participants will explore the principles of strengths-based development and discover how their natural talents, experiences, and ways of contributing can provide valuable clues for navigating career transitions and identifying meaningful opportunities.

Participants will learn what strengths are, and are not, and why understanding and intentionally using our strengths can increase confidence, clarity, engagement, and career satisfaction. Through reflection, discussion, and practical activities, you’ll explore how your strengths have shown up throughout your career and how they might guide you toward work where you can do what you do best.

Whether you are actively searching for your next opportunity, considering a career change, or simply wondering what you want your next chapter to look like, this session will offer a fresh perspective on your experience and potential.

You’ll leave with:

  • A new perspective on the value of your natural talents, skills, and experiences

  • An understanding of how a strengths-based approach can support greater productivity, engagement, and career satisfaction

  • Greater awareness of the strengths you already bring to your work and the ways they have contributed to your success

  • A practical framework for spotting the five clues to talent in your own experiences

  • Ideas for continuing to discover and leverage your strengths in your work and what comes next.
